Troubleshoot

Unable to play video on desktop or Xbox. I keep getting the message:

“Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”

Have optimized database, cleaned bundles, refreshed/scan library.
Restarted, got latest version - no change.
Any advice appreciated.

Will the file plsy if you double click on it in the Windows file system?

yes, if I go direct it will play as normal.
