I recently moved my TrueNAS server and Plex sever to some different hardware and I’m having trouble getting the server to transcode video of any kind. Streaming audio works just fine outside of my home network but when I try to transcode video, the CPU ramps up all 12 threads and nothing happens. This will also happen when trying to stream video via a ChromeCast on my home network. Every other device works fine when using direct play. Is this a permissions issue? I’m able to access and add content via a Windows share just fine. Everything else seems to work fine. I will attach logs. Maybe somebody can make heads or tails of them.
Hardware: Xeon E5-2640 V1
ATI Radeon 256MB graphics card (just for video out for servicing)
Some kind of no name LGA2011 motherboard
4tb Toshiba enterprise drive
120GB boot SSD
25GB DDR3 RAM
TrueNAS Core 12.0-U1
