TrueNAS server only accessible remotely, not on LAN

I used to run Plex server on my daily Windows 11 desktop.

I recently got a server, I installed trueNAS and I am using the Plex server app on that. My plan is to offload all my media from my desktop to the NAS.

I can access the web GUI over the LAN and play full res there

However if I try to use Plex apps (iOS, Roku TV, Windows Plex app, Plex for Web, etc.) they cannot access the new server on the LAN. It will only work if remote access is enabled, but I get very poor quality streaming I believe because it is using Plex’s relay.
