I’m at a complete loss at this point and I’m really hoping someone can help. I’ve had Plex for years, never had issues. The server is running on a Synology NAS. Recently most of my clients stopped responding - ‘Server offline’ they say, but it’s still up and running: 2 android mobile devices and an Apple TV. My only client that still worked was an Nvidia Shield TV - plugged into the same router as the NAS. I’ve been troubleshooting for weeks trying to figure out the issue, and tried most of the workarounds people have suggested here. All devices were up-to-date. I know a lot of folks have been having similar issues of late.
Today I tried turning on ‘Required’ secure connection instead of ‘Preferred’ and that just killed everything. I can no longer access ANY Plex interface at all - web, NAS, windows, or Nvidia Shield. I can’t even change the secure connection back to ‘Preferred’. I don’t know if the log details I provided below are even the correct ones. This has been an absolute nightmare over these recent weeks and my patience has pretty much run dry. Any help would be greatly appreciated, although I’m at a stage where I don’t expect that anything will work and that I’ve effectively wasted money on this lifetime plexpass.

I don’t know if I attached the correct log information - there were SO many files, so I pulled the most recent one
When you changed it to required it changes to https. When trying to login to the web gui to manage your server type https://server-ip-address:32400/web/index.html
Thanks very much. That’s strange, I have many free TBs on my volume, but was not aware of this. My server is still detecting new media, but might this be the reason for it not connecting to other clients as far as you know? Thanks again for your help - I’ll review the materials you shared and do some additional troubleshooting.
Your server certificate was stuck during its renewal process.
I’ve revoked it now.
Please wait at least 10 minutes, then stop and restart your Plex server.
