I tried, but the info isn’t where expected. I looked here (see below) as mentioned in the link by Mike earlier.
${JAIL_ROOT}/var/db/plexdata/Plex Media Server/Logs/
Any ideas ?? will test the app on my PS4, to see if this works
I really doesn’t understand this, as it has been working fine for a long time… and no indication on why it suddenly isn’t 
BTW, I am having the exact same issue. I would send server logs, but do not understand how to obtain those.
