I have a TV show that has 6 seasons. Folder/File structure example:
[Show Name]
– [Season 01]
– – show name S01E01
This is the way I have it set up on ALL of my TV shows. They all work, but this ONE show, only seasons 05 and 06 show up and 01 through 04 do not and they are all named/sorted the same.
Any ideas?

Are you using TVDB or TMDB episode ordering?
What is the name of the show? I’ll see if I can replicate. Seems like you are using the Plex approved naming schema.

The server is running on Ubuntu and the permissions was the first thing I checked. Theya re good.
I am using TVDB for ordering.
The show is Parks and Recreation. I made a mistake in my original post, it only shows Seasons 06 and 07, it’s Seasons 01 - 05 that are not showing.

Well, I made a test folder with 7 seasons and they all were picked up and matched.
And you checked permissions of the season folders as well as the episodes? That’s about the only thing I can think would cause this.
Just as a quick experiment, can you move s01e01 up a level so it’s just below “Parks and Recreation”? Curious if it will get picked.
Please provide a directory listing, screenshot, etc. showing how things are named and organized. Include the folder added to the tv show library.
Do you have square brackets in the show and season folder names, or is that just for emphasis (because they can cause problems if used in those locations)?
Square brackets are to notate folders. They are not named that way.

Okay, after taking a fresh look, and I have no idea how this happened, I took a look at my source files and the files on the server. The files on my PC were good, the issue was, the files on the server, somehow, uploaded with 0b file sizes.
I re-uploaded/replaced them and they are all fine now.
Sorry for the runaround all and thanks for all of the input/help!
Probably some kind of network/system error at the time but glad it was easily resolved!
