Our plex media matches wrong episodes and seasons for wrong TV shows. Some seasons of one of my TV shows show up under another show. What is odd is that some of the seasons are recognized and some are not and are missing from the show.
Without having any specifics of what you are seeing, I would check which folder is added to your library settings. It should only be the main TV folder not each individual show folder. make sure each show has it’s own folder and ofcourse that file naming scheme is proper.
Some shows may need to be set to use DVD or absolute ordering. (aired order is default)
If you can tell us a specific example of how a particular show is wrong and it’s current file names and folder structure we may have better advice if the above does not work.
