Weird, I have tv folder as TV Show/Show/S1.EP/Episode, problem is plex wont scan the TV Folder but when I delete it then Plex scans, What am I doing wrong!
That is not supported and won’t work.

Wait, you have each episode in a folder with the episode NUMBER, and the file itself doesn’t have a number?
Anyway, the proper setup is:
TV Show/Show Name (Year)/Season (xx)/Episode Name SxxExx.ext
Point your library at the bolded folder. Technically, the specification OttoKerner linked says to have the show name and year in the filename, but I have NEVER done that and never needed it. The most important bits is having the show name in the root of the library folder, and each episode has the numbers in a SxxExx format.
