TV Guide search not working?

I have the DVR function set up and the TV Guide is working as it should.

My issue is that when i try to search for a program to record, I am getting “No results” for the “Live TV & DVR” source.

Instead I have to manually find the program by date and time to record it.

I have tried both the desktop and the IOS app and same issue.

Any help much appreciated.

Restart your server and clear your browser cache or use incognito mode. It may ask you to re-claim the server.

I don’t know what is going on with the TV Guide search feature. I used to be able to search for an upcoming program by name so I could add it to the recording schedule, that no longer works. To add insult to injury, I can only look ahead 1 week in the guide, so I have to wait until a week or less to schedule a recording. I have tried restarting the server as mentioned by an earlier respondent, that has not helped. In any case my PC is scheduled to reboot itself once a week automatically. PlexPass, Plex Server Version 1.18.8.2527 with both Plex Media Player and Plex for Windows apps.
