Hi, whenever I try and search for a TV show that is visible in the TV Guide section it never appears in the results. I’m searching from within the Guide section. I always have to manually trawl through the guide and find the show that I wish to record. I have never been able to get the TV guide search facility to work. As a note, searching for already recorded shows is never a problem.
Any ideas?

I take it there has been no resolution to the problem.
Assuming you’re referring to the web client (other clients have similar options), have you tried selecting the “Search all sources” link at the top of the initial search results? My experience is that Live TV & DVR results are listed when the full search is performed. Whether or not Live TV & DVR results not appearing in the initial results is intended, this should at least allow you to schedule recordings without needing to manually search the guide.
Depending on the client, there’s also a “Browse” section in Live TV & DVR which can give you an 0 - Z listing of all programming currently available in the guide; so, that would be another way to schedule recordings.
I’ll give that a go.
