Tv guide stops working

Can anyone help me figure out why the tv guide stops working? when I loaded the tuner everything was worked fine. Then after a day the guide doesn’t work any more on any devices. It just says the channel name, no epg data. I primarily run plex on my roke devices but I noticed the same issue logged into plex web on the server pc (windows 10). I refreshed the guide and nothing, but after I log out and log back in it works again. Then repeat.

You need a Plex Pass - took me close to 2 years to figure it all out.

Not this problem but noticed in your logs that the K: drive has an access problem. Eventually you will have a full drive.

hmmm what could be causing that? that’s an ssd drive, i just set it as the transcoding temp directory.

wow… seriously? thanks for this info and you probably saved me a ton of time. I haven’t seen this noted anywhere on plex’s website or as a feature of plex pass. smh
