Since the upgrade to the new plex media player, there have been several things that have really frustrated me. First and foremost, the fact that my libraries are on longer displayed as menu options within their own right on the home page.
One of my favourite things about PHT when it was still functional was the fact that it was simple to use- You had all of your libraries on the home screen. You scrolled down to the one you wanted and selected it. End of. However, we’re now seemingly stuck with this awful filtering system. Select “Shows”. Then select “TV” or “Anime” or “Documentaries” from a relatively clumsy menu.
Is there any way of turning this feature off and just having my libraries displayed on my home screen? Removing features and/or forcing you to use new features that aren’t always desirable hardly seems like an upgrade from the old PHT.
