Hi, I have a very, very annoying problem with my server. I only noticed it today after upgrading to the latest version, so I don’t know if it applies to previous ones as well.but imdb has disappeared for tv matchs ,
when i click to fix match i only have tvdb and home movie service as agents to select tvdb is a waste of time as they have a lot missing if i select home movie service it finds a match but when i click on the match it does not update anything like picture i just get blank screen and no info on the series it wont even join series together
Something isn’t working right for you. TheMovieDB should be an option. Plex has never offered IMDB for matching TV shows.
Have you tried restarting PMS? If that doesn’t help, please provide me your server logs after that restart so I can check that everything is running ok. The ability to match using TheMovieDB is controlled by an agent that needs to run. If for some reason this doesn’t run, then you won’t get it as an option.
FYI - This is working for me.
I came here with this exact problem with my Synology Plex server after applying the update from a few days ago (not expecting to see IMDB there though). It doesn’t match to anything automatically anymore and I can’t select the agents shown in the screenshot above either like I used to. All I’m presented with now is Plex Movie which does nothing.
ok seems to be fixed now i downloaded from your server and installed that way it appeared that clicking update did not work correctly i now have personal media shows thetvdb and the movie database

Glad to hear you’ve got it working though! 
If you are using the new Plex Movie agent, there are no other choices. The image above is only when using the old agent.
If nothing is matching, please provide me your server logs after doing a new search.
I didn’t make a change to start using anything new or different. I just updated the software when the server suggested it and it stopped being able to match movies and TV shows both automatically and manually. Is there somewhere I can disable the new Plex Movie agent?
When I try to start a manual match it goes by so quick I have serious doubts if actually connects to anything.

Got your log. I’m seeing some DNS issues. There was a bug that was just fixed. Please try updating to 1.23.1.4602.
Glad to hear I’m not doing weird things to my setup in my sleep! That one must’ve come out today after I tried installing the then newest package earlier today…
Sadly updating and restarting the system didn’t seem to accomplish anything, but I guess it’s just a matter of time before a version with a fix comes out then?
Please provide a new log so I can check if the same dns issues are showing.
Got he new logs. Still seeing DNS issues. It does report it is detecting DNS rebinding protection on your system Can you check your router to see if this is enabled? If so, turn it off, then restart it, then restart PMS.
I have it set to use a different DNS than the one my ISP uses as standard but no special feature or protection measure has been turned on. It’s never been an issue before and I haven’t changed anything on the router in months.
Also I’ve restarted the router and the Plex package on the NAS (again) just to see if anything wonky was going on but it doesn’t seem to have changed anything.
