TV Media library not displaying all seasons that are in library

My TV Media library is not displaying all seasons. I can see items from the missing season under recently added, and I can get into the season from there. I cannot get into the season under “All Shows” though. This is happening across multiple TV shows for items that I’ve added recently.

The issue persists no matter which device I’m browsing the library from.

I’m on Beta Version 1.14.1.5488. Is this just a bug with the version and, if so, is it possible to go to a “Public” release without uninstalling?

OK so I found a suggestion on Reddit that worked:
Remove the files from the folder in Windows Explorer.
Scan/update the library.
Put the files back.
Scan/update the library again.
Problem solved.
I only wish Plex would find and fix this problem on its own, who has time to babysit it?

Sorry, I fail to see the issue in your screen shot.
Apparently you are already on the preplay screen of season 9.
And you are missing the link in the drop-down menu to get to season 9 …
What is the point of having that link, if you are already there?

The point of the screenshot was to show 2 things:
I had season 9 in my media library
There was no link to season 9 within Bob’s Burgers

When I switched to another season, and wanted to switch back to season 9, I couldn’t. There was no link. When I went into Bob’s Burgers there were only seasons 1-8 shown.

But, Plex knew season 9 was there because it was showing the new episodes under recently added on the home screen. So, this was clearly a bug. This is what it looks like now that I removed and re-added season 9:

I will also add this was also happening on another show I had recently added.

Precautionary measure: check the Plex database for corruption

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 5 minutes
  6. fetch log files and attach them here

Or inspect them yourself. Take a look at the Plex Media Server.log file and seek for messages about database corrupt or malformed.
If you find these, you may have to repair your database.

It looks like there is one mention of “malformed” in the Plex Media Server.log. Does that mean I have an issue with my database?
