We have two Plex Libraries for Movies. If we rip our DVDs and add it to our Movies library, Plex automatically locates posters/ratings. If we record a movie from TV via HDHomerun to a different Library, nothing gets matched. If I select a TV movie and select Fix Match, I can click on Auto Match/Plex Movie and a match is found (successfully each time I have tried).
The Library Advance Settings are the same for each Movie Library. If Auto Match works when I select it, why does it not work without intervention? Directory/file naming also matches.
What am I doing wrong?
