I had to rebuild my Plex jail recently as I was having issues with buffering (turns out it was my router), and since the rebuild, Plex is not pulling any TV Programme metadata, including posters etc. It will pull fine for Films, but not for TV. I switched the provider to the Movie Database instead of TVDB but this didn’t make a difference. When I use the “match” function, nothing is found, no matter what I search. I was looking down the line of maybe something is blocking the URLs and maybe trying to access the URLs manually, however looking in all the logs I can find, I always get a 127.0.0.1 address (localhost) instead of an actual URL where its pulling metadata from?

My films are fine, all pulled straight away and matched perfectly. Can anyone help? I’ve ran out of ideas after I’ve trashed the library and recreated, attempted to manually match, refreshing/eraasing metadata etc
