Edit the show at its highest level go to the Advanced tab set Episode Ordering to “TheTVDB (Aired)” Refresh Metadata of the whole show.

Did you dig into your TVDB link? It shows that The Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II/The Death of Diana is S01E01, and Pilot: The Wright Brothers/Apollo 11’s Moon Landing is a special - S00E01.

Both TMDB and TVDB list that episode as a special, not part of season one. You’ll need to rename your files to match listings at those sites.

Episode numbers at IMDb. com have no significance in Plex, btw. Only TheMovieDB.org and TheTVDB.com are used for tv shows.
