I have been adding Big Bank Theory to my Plex. I first add the shows to my Mac by creating a folder for Big Bang Theory. The I add a folder for each season.
I added the first 11 seasons without a problem. I then added season 12 and Season 10 disappeared (along with half of Season 11) from my Plex. The shows are still on my computer bu are no longer shown on my Plex.
Any ideas , suggestions?
Not unless you want to share your EXACT naming and structuring - without which we all waste our time.
Different Show, but TV Shows ALL need to look something like:
/data/media/TV/The Big Bang Theory (2007)/Season 10/The Big Bang Theory (2007) - s10e01 - The Conjugal Conjecture [x264 AAC 2.0].mkv
/data/media/TV/The Big Bang Theory (2007)/Season 11/The Big Bang Theory (2007) - s11e01 - The Proposal Proposal [x264 AC3 2.0].mkv
this matters:
/data/media/TV/The Big Bang Theory (2007)/Season 10/The Big Bang Theory (2007) - s10e01
this does not matter
- The Proposal Proposal [x264 AC3 2.0]

In each season then files are numbered “1” for Episode 1, “2” for Episode 2, etc
Again, everything worked fine until I added Season 12 … that’s when Season 10 and part of season 11 disappeared

it worked fine, until it doesn’t.
either follow the proper naming, or expect failure.
if you need help properly renaming your media files, many people recommend googling ‘filebot’.

You go back to the drawing board, do it right, then enjoy success.
