I have a Samsung The Frame 2020 (Tizen 5.5) with the latest Plexx app installed on it.
When I play an episode, it plays the wrong version, but in PLexx it shows me the right version with the name and picture etc. So if I want to play S01E12, it plays S01E10.
Have you checked if you might have mixed up the files?
Plex only pulls the metadata based on the information it finds in the file name (e.g. show name, season and episode). If the file says it’s season 1, episode 12, Plex will show the metadata and picture for that episode… even if the file actually contains episode 10.
I have double checked it. All the episodes have shifted two places. If I look in my Plex app, I see that Season 1 Episode 12 is under Season 1 Episode 14. And Episode 14 is under Episode 16 etc.
The Plex app says it is a certain episode with a pic and all, but when I play it, it plays the wrong episode. The MKV files have the right name for the right episodes. “tvshow.s01e12.mkv” etc.

You’re absolutely right! If I check this site, the episodes are in a different order. I’ll rename my MKV files so they’ll match it!
