TV Series Only Offers TMDB Episode Order Despite Show Being On TVDB

I’ve loaded the show Doctor Who Extra into my Plex series, but Plex is only offering the MovieDB order, but I want to use the TVDB order. I’ve tried using Fix Match in case there were two different entries for the same show, even searching by the TVDB Series ID and appending it to the series folder to be sure, but that didn’t have any effect, nor did quitting and restarting the server app.

I’ve got my agents all set up properly, every other show I’ve checked has the option for TVDB episode orders in addition to the TMDB ones, but there’s something about this show in particular where the app is just not seeing it.

Looks like there was an error in the metadata for TMDB, they had an invalid ID. Ive reached out to someone to get that ID corrected. Should take 3-5 days to get into plex. Then lets see what happens.

Appreciate it, but it’s been almost two weeks, and I’m not seeing any difference in my Plex database. I’ve tried fixing match, unmatching then rematching, no difference.

What was it about the TMDB entry for the show that gave away that it had an invalid ID? I didn’t recognize the problem before, so I have no idea if anything has changed on that end.
