TV Show Collections will not play on Plex Web (Windows)

So this has been going on for a few months now, but basically, I am unable to play an individual collection from a TV Show Library on Plex Web. It works fine on Roku, but Plex Web gives the following:

Playback Error
An error occurred loading items to play

I’ve rebuilt the database, uninstall/reinstalled, but still having the same issue. It seems to be boiling down to this:

It works fine with movie collections, I deleted all the TV Show collections, renamed and readded them but I’m still getting the same issue. (I like to shuffle the collection, but instead I’m having to shuffle the entire library)

Any insight would be helpful.

It’s a known issue. I do not have an ETA for a fix.
