I was wondering about that too but the only thing that helped in my case was apparently to remove the dash.

Me? My interest pretty much ends with the reading of the scanner log and providing a proper file name and folder structure. I called in the finest log file readers I know already.
Apparently something about the language, or the plex dance, is amiss because I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt the use of that file name above resulted in an instant, fully populated match and that for me is the end of the story.
