Your file and folder naming is immaculate. No need to change anything.
This is a global change which affects all shows which are matched to the TheTVDB agent. i.e. you only need to do it once.
If you absolutely wanna make sure that every episode is reset and processed according to the new agent configuration, perform the Plex Dance with the whole show.
