After updating, posters are still missing, but refreshing the guide now to see if they return
after guide refresh, all images appear to be back
Yes, images are back after refresh (which takes ages).
I really am miffed about this. I bought a plex pass just to get live tv and I am sorry to say that I feel somewhat cheated. The EPG can only be described as “Pants”. I’ve got tons of missing thumbnails and a few channels are missing too. It is so bad that I just don’t bother to use it anymore.
Can confirm, PMS Version 1.12.2.4929 has corrected the missing guide images issue,…after a full refresh.
I have many channels on PC that wont load at all or are missing thumbs no matter what I do.
I am also very frustrated with Plex and just feeling like I wasted $120 on a Plex Pass for nothing. I see no or very little support for the DVR and Live TV.
The Program guide is bad and a fix never happens, the DVR just fails to record all the time.
I ditched Xfinity in hopes to use PLEX and HDHomerun but now I am forced to get cable back.

I see you have posted twice on the forums each with little information about your setup. Perhaps start a thread of your own with the specifics of your setup and what problems you are having. You should always include as much information as possible such as:
What is the Plex Media Server version?
What is the hardware that the Plex software is running on?
What Operating System?
What is the tuner device? You said HDHR but what specific device? What is the firmware version of that device?
What is the signal strength quality of the stream from the tuner?
What does the Plex Media Server log say about the failures?
What is wrong with the Program Guide? I have no issues with the guide and have always been able to find what I am looking for. Are you aware that when looking at the guide you can enter a show to search for in the box at the top?
Without information it is kind of hard to offer any suggestions.
