Why Does Poster Artwork Disappear From Program Guide

I am currently using PMS version: 1.12.0.4829
I’ve been using Plex with DVR capabilities along with HDHomerun for my OTA TV for just over a month.
Recently the artwork for shows in the Program Guide have disappeared. It seems that the longer my server runs the worse it gets.
Even after recording a program that had poster artwork initially, the artwork disappears from the TV Shows library.
I did a complete removal and fresh reinstall yesterday morning and everything appeared good again. But by the end of the day artwork started disappearing again.

This is very frustrating and although I’m fairly new to Plex and OTA use, I am almost ready to punt on this application.

I just don’t understand how one minute the artwork can be present for a show in the guide and in the recorded area then suddenly disappear.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is some added info that I noticed others post.
PMS installed on Windows 10, standard desktop, 4-core Intel I-5, 8GB ram, 1TB drive-C disk and 3 TB disk for media.
I also noticed that the missing artwork seems to be more for local independent channels and local news programs on the major network channels.

When comparing against HDHomeRun guide, HDHomeRun seems to find artwork for all the ones missing on Plex.

Thoughts?
