Player Version#: 5.5.1
Unable to see the TV Shows library, says server is unavailable. When I go to Plex Web, some shows show multiple unwatched episodes, yet I completely formatted the Shield and recorded one episode.
Having the same issue with my Apple TV.
Looks like it’s an issue with the TLS certificate:

A problem in 1.13.9 for recorded media libraries. It has been referred to the development team
1.13.9 beta has now been superseded by 1.13.9.5456 which should fix the issue of failure to load TV Shows libraries with recorded media and also episode and watched counts
