It should not.
Try deleting the http cache of the TheTVDB agent.

Then try again.

Make sure your files follow the Plex naming convention for tv shows.
Make sure that you use your native language’s title for the show in its file and folder names.
(Some shows have different titles, depending in their metadata language. TheTVDB website will only return results if your files are named in the language of the metadata you are requesting.)

I Already try…with no success :frowning: Plex Inc is working together with TVDB to fix it.
