TV Shows not showing Artwork

I’m really having trouble getting artwork to show. I have searched the forum. Did the all the recommendations I could find to fix but the artwork still not showing. It seems to identify the show properly. I cleaned the Plex cashe also. I have it scraping thetvdb.com.

My naming structure is as follows

Star Trek ->
->Season 01
–>Star Trek - S01E01 - The Man Trap.mkv

I’m pretty new with Plex and if anyone can help I would appreciate it. If I posted in the wrong place admin please move. Thanks

Scape from TMDB.

TheTVDB is having major problems at the API level.

  1. Edit the Library section (for now) to use TMDB instead of TheTVDB (Edit -> Advanced Tab)
  2. Do the full plex dance on the series. (move out, scan, empty trash, clean bundles, move files back into position, scan again, let it match again using TMDB
  3. Let metadata and posters download

Thanks will try this out. So basically this gets the data from TVDB then switch to TMDB to get the artwork?

Yeah, same problem here, pretty sure it’s TheTVDB and not end-user error.

TheTVDB seems to be working again
