Tried searching around various forums - can’t seem to find what the fix is for this situation: Most of the TV Shows are matched properly and showing artwork. Those that are giving me trouble are matched, showing actors, years, descriptions, everything except artwork. I tried the ‘Plex Dance’ as it’s called: removed, updated, emptied trash, cleaned bundles, updated names, readded, and the same exact thing happens. I’ve attached pictures and logs. Please help!
You appear to be running an old version of PMS, you will need to upgrade to the latest PMS to fix it

I see this in your logs:
ERROR (networking:219) - Error opening URL 'https://thetvdb.com/banners/'
INFO (__init__:1076) - HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
Which I thought that was what the latest update was supposed to fix.
Sorry, I am out of ideas. You will need to wait for someone more knowledgable to come along.
But it looks like your file structure and naming do not comply with what Plex wants, see:

I actually have purchased the FileBot program and am currently updating all of my library as we speak, hoping that helps. I appreciate you looking into it for me!
Solved. Thanks to user blim5001 identifying the error message, I searched that string and found another thread where user Skynet3_NZ posted this solution, which worked for me. Simple, yet it did the trick.

Move the checked ‘The Movie Database’ agent above ‘TheTVDB’ agent
