Apologies if this has been covered, but I have a home-built server running W10-pro with 24 hard drives, 2 pcie storage expansion cards and my video card. As such, I don’t have room in my main pc to add my Tv tuners. I am a lifetime Plex Pass and wondered if I can add a second computer somehow to record OTA through Plex. I would have no problem designating a network share on my main server to record to, but have no idea what it would take to integrate my second computer’s tuners into my main Plex server.
Is a network tuner not an option?
Agreed. Get a HDHomeRun and you’re all set.

If you already have a second computer with tuners in it, then install the Plex server on it. (if those tuners are supported by Plex)
Sign it in to the same plex account you are using with your first Plex server.
Outstanding reply. Already have 2 tuners, didn’t need to buy any more, so a network tuner would have been an unnecessary expense, provided I could link the 2 computers. I was hoping it would be that easy. I’ll try it.
