Hello,
I have a TVButler USB Stick (from DVBlogic) and trying to use it on my PMS (1.22) on my Synology DS1817+ (DSM running 6.2)). I’m in France, using Cable and or Antenna (working fine on regular TV) and the TVStick is working (I did connected to a PC running Mosaic workign like a charm)
I uninstalled all other DVR software from my DSM, including the DVBlink, VideoServer and MediaCenter
under PMS, the USB device is properly detected, but whatever signal I’m trying to scan, Plex is unable to find any channel.
I’ve tried to dig into the USB setup files but can’t really say it it is ever related.
from tailing Plex Tuner Service log file from Synology during a scan, i got some warn messages but no errors, sample below:

on the Plex Media Server log file I have nothing interesting (plenty of DEBUG messages for get/post request on the server…)
is there anything I can do / advice from a similar configuration ?
