We’ve not seen that error. Would you mind starting a fresh thread? We might have found another API change bug

I am plexpass and all, which is great.

But really? This is a huge bug, which is causing issues for literally every plex user, and plex without artwork is just horrible, why is this fix hidden behind a plexpass only release instead of just getting this out there ASAP?

So that paying customers get to use & test it before the whining entitled freeloaders?

This latest update seems to have brought some instability to the PMS. Sow performance and Wallpapers on Samsung app is now loading for incorrect shows - e.g. Deception loaded Family Guy background

Plex Pass beta version 1.13.2.4152 contains the final change for TheTVDB API change. Thumbnails are now working properly again.
