I keep trying that but it just doesn’t come back. Hence why I thought it might be a TVDB issue initially.
I’m working on the basis that the definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again expecting something different to happen… so I’m trying something different to see if it will kick it into action.

We already know this show is toast.
the best you can hope for is a lot of blank stuff - which I got immediately.
From there the TVDB ID# is used so this thing’ll match and we can stop worrying about it.

K, done it again, and still no dice. Have no idea what is going on with this show. The thought of manually adding the data is insane in this day and age!

If it’s showing up blank - that’s expected, but the ID# should cure that instantly.
If that’s not happening - we’ll need the Alpha Canine, but I shant pester him again.

If I click match and put in that ID number, it finds the show, but after I click match it shows that it’s loading (it spins it’s little loading thingy around) but does not add any metadata.

Well, apart from the 85 episodes in Season 2019 - I would expect to see something happen - eventually.
The two I tested came up instantly.
I can find no Glastonbury entry in your scanner log so I’d like to see your naming and structuring as well as know what type of file these are MP4/MKV/Other.

I’m still not having any luck with this. I’m totally perPLEXed.
These are the latest logs. I removed the show yesterday, and Plex probably scanned the library 5/6 times since then.
Today, I then emptied trash, cleared cache and then added the show back over to /tv, and scanned. It has added the show but it still remains unmatched

I have verified how this naming works.
“Glastonbury/Season {calendar year}/Glastonbury - SyyyyExx - title here.mkv”
works just fine.
It shows as starting in 1994 and Season 2019 with Episode 01 works.
I had used the traditional “Glastonbury (2019)” naming convention.
That was not supposed to fail but apparently TVDB thought otherwise.
With this naming, it’s solid (as shown above)
