When you re-installed PMS, it’s an actual install right and not restoring from a backup? What do you mean by re-initialized?
Looking at your recent logs I now see errors when the request is sent to TheTVDB for information on the show. No information is coming back. So there is something either blocking the outgoing request or the incoming response, I can’t tell which.
complete re-installation from scratch… i even re-installed windows 10.
i don’t think it’s my internet or home network, it was working before…
tried disabling my firewall as well.
From your previous logs it appeared to me to be a network issue. Reinstalling the app is not going to help if this is the case. You need to check your Windows network settings and firewall rules, and your router to make sure nothing is blocking these requests from going out.
no not my network, Plex media server is not being blocked, i just have a simple network…
i can access TVDB quickly.
This has happened before, it just fixed itself i think
