How 'bout posting details and attaching server logs?
Prove you are naming and structuring TV Shows in compliance with Plex Standards by providing screenshots - or all your log files.
There are issues. If we can determine it’s not a naming and structuring issue we can report it in the appropriate thread. You are not alone, but Public Enemy #1 remains poor naming and structuring.
@JuiceWSA Thanks for the reply I am naming everything correct as it is downloading the Metadata but not the artwork. I can’t seem to attach photos but here are some links to screenshots of my setup. I think I am doing everything correctly?
Ok.. I just got up off the floor and am still catching my breath.

Hang on while I roll around on the floor for a while longer… (sometime later)… there we go.
Your file naming is partially horrific and partially kinda good. You have a TV Show Folder (I assume) and you have every one of your episodes from various shows just dumped into it with no structure what so ever and you say you are having trouble getting artwork? I’m not surprised.
A TV Show Library/
…Under The Dome/
…Season 01/
…Under The Dome - S01E01 - Pilot.xxx
…Under The Dome - S01E02 - Episode Name Optional .xxx
Create a new library, fix some of that junk, move it into a new TV Show Library (removing it from the old library first) and then come back in here like you have clue and we’ll talk.
Now THIS is a TV Show Library:
Note: I haven’t yet changed my single digit Season folders to two digit (Season 01, etc), but rest assured that WILL happen, and I noticed while looking through Family Guy that Seasons 6,7,8 and 9 didn’t have any episode names or dashes separating Family Guy S08E01. Filebot (link in my signature) fixed all four of those Seasons in 2 (two) seconds - Drag, Drop, Match, Rename - Done.
Apparently Plex Movie will let any disease-ridden clientele through the door while TVDB’s sign on the door reads:
No Shirt, No Shoes, No Pants, No Teeth, No Service.
You’ll probably have a major failure at some point, but the good news is you’ll know exactly what you have to do to fix it.

I’m having the same here
I seem to get it if I go to the TV show and correct incorrect match
It’s been like this since version1.3.3.3148
I HOPE you’re not having the same problem as @Tommy885 ! I would hope a blast crater like that is a rare occurrence ( ), but there are naming issues with the current version and TVDB - one or the other - or both. The major issues are when more than one ‘version’ of a show exists it’s difficult to know how to name it without trail and error testing. Fix Incorrect Match as a last resort - not a really scientific option, but a work around none the less.
I have to say, as anecdotal evidence that I do not have these issues with the current version (except for the multiple-show thing that effects everyone) when TVDB is working. When it’s not I’m like everybody else; nothing happens.
I am using Plex Pristine file structure and file names:
A TV Show Library/
…The Blacklist/
…Season 04/
…The Blacklist - S04E01 - Esteban.mp4
with no embedded metadata Tile Fields in my MP4 files to throw off a match. I use FileBot to name my files perfectly in seconds before they hit the library.
If you are following the guidelines to the letter - as I am above in my example - then I suggest you zip up your log files and head to the link below to accurately, and in as much detail as possible, describe your issue.
Except, of course for @Tommy885 . If we had The Plex Team try to work that mess out their heads would explode. We need to keep you separated from the research by as much distance as possible.
