When I updated my server with the latest version 0.9.16. All my metadata went away and the Agent shows The TVDB is grayed out. No matter what I do it won’t move.
I am going to completely rebuild my system to ensure there is no fault of my own.
I went on TVDB and logged into my account. Didn’t show much different.
Could be a problem with TVDB. I would suggest that you reset metadata so it will allow metadata to be placed into the individual folders like SONARR. I was so lax that I removed the checkmark from SONARR because PLEX did a better job.

Went back in and checked. Now I understand the grayed out part because it is the default for the various selection on the second line. Still no metadata on system. Will rebuild using other server as template. Unable to check other servers at this time due to time constraints.
Problem Solved:
Error: All Metadata downloaded for Plex Must be on “1” ONE Drive. Preferred the Main Booting Drive.
Was using StableBit. One drive developed an error with kept the metadata from updating.
Once I removed Plex and Set all vectors to C:\ the problem went away.
I did find one thing that I will firmly express… Do not install Plex in a user area. Backup is a pain and does not work all the time. I have found that if you install it on C: it installs in a directory called Plex Media Server.
From there you can backup all. The problem develops with the Recycle bin fills up and it can’t clear space.
