Hi,
I recently enabled two factor authentication and it works fine on Windows devices. However, when I try to logon to the Play Store Plex app I do not get prompted for the code after entering my password. Instead, I get a pop-up stating ‘sign in failed user could not be authenticated’. Any suggestions?
