I have been trying for the last few months using different wifi connections and even with vpns. I am unable to log in using my tablet, but it works on my mobile and computer. I am sure my credentials are ok as I use a password management app.
I have also a 2nd factor authentication, but the tablet never asks for the code.
I am unable to log in on my tablet. Please help

I have the same problem , I reset my tablet and now i can’t login anymore.
Same as you ,I tried VPN and changing the secure connection but nothing works.
Very dissapointed in plex, I have a lifetime pass and the android app doesn’t even work.
The internet is full of forum and redit posts about this issue but no solutions not in what seems to be 3 years.
I can sign in the plex amp but because of 2 factor i have to choose weblogin, so I asume this option is needed for the standard app.
Webapp works as well, just not android app.
Please fix this, All my devices are android.
Whats the point of paying if i cant even use the app because i can’t sign in.
