Android app login failure

Purchased new android tablet. Plex app does not log in to my account. Shows brief message saying user could not be authenticated. Issue persists despite multiple app uninstall/reinstalls and one factory reset.

Plexamp logs in just fine using same account information.

Looks like your account is flagged as needing a password reset. This will prevent new devices from working. Please reset your password. You can even use the current password, you just need to go through the process to remove the requirement.
