Found that I couldn’t record more than 2 programs at the same time. Hardware check good, 2 x 2 tuners are shown & they will fill up the channel lineup. It seems that there is no EPG data and when I tell to refresh, the activity indicator is done in 3 seconds like there is nothing available.
I removed then re-added the tuners, now none will get any EPG data. They both still find all the channels available.
The good folks here are almost certainly going to want to see logs right after an EPG load. It’d also be a good idea to fill in the Guide/Lineup name, along with what OS you’re running on.
My bet is that you have a DNS resolution issue.

[scratches head] Looking in Plex Media Server.Log…Somebody from Plex may need to look closer at the EPG that you’re pulling. I see the retrieval, but a failure to load. Having said that…
I see entries with “database schema has changed.” Something may be wrong with your database, I’d start by running @ChuckPa 's DBRepair tool.

OK, better now. I renamed a bu db from 4-18 & the guide is working again. I must have caused the issue while trying to investigate my original problem, which unfortunately is still present.
PMS refuses to use all 4 tuners simultaneously. I record the late night shows, Kimmel, Colbert, Fallon & Meyers. Recently 2 of those 4 shows stopped recording. Plex Scheduled Recordings listing indicates conflicting recordings & allowing only 2 to record. All 4 tuners indicate with the green dot as shown above.
Now that the issue is back to unavailable tuners, I’m re-titling this thread.
Problem solved.
I had to use the PMS settings to Delete DVR completely & setup from scratch. Not too bad a process. Fully functional again but I had to recreate all my scheduled recordings.
Re-doing the tuners separately multiple times never worked out & probably caused my Guide issue by downloading it a dozen or so times.
