Two Roku TVs on same LAN with Plex clients: one streams movies no problem, the other crashes

Need help understanding why only one of my two Roku (TCL) TVs can stream any movie in my library, which is hosted on my PC.
It happened recently and really unexpected.
Whenever I start watching a movie, it loads, plays for a couple of seconds then client crashes and the TV goes back to the main menu.
On my other TV everything works fine and they’re both set in the same way.
I’m really clueless
Anyone else had a similar issue?

IDK if it will help, but I have a 43" TCL Roku TV. And it will get out of sync and bog down and sometimes crash. But if I restart the TV, it fixes the problem for a few hours.

P.S. You can restart the TV under system and then power.
