Two servers on same network. Both have green check for remote access. One doesn't work remotely

As per title, two servers on the same network that have the green check for remote access. Both work locally, but only one works remotely. On the one that doesn’t work, I can browse the libraries but when I play a title, I get: “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”

Both have secure connection Preferred

Not sure where to start looking…

Not working:
Proxmox LXC
Server Version#: 1.40.5.8796
Player Version#: 10.19.0.1142

Working:
Proxmox VM docker
Server Version#: 1.40.4.8679
Player Version#: 10.19.0.1142

Solved this with help from Reddit. Changed the port on the non-working server to 32401, set up a new port forwarding rule and everything started working.
