Two users can’t access servers from Apple TV

Hi,
Since yesterday two users in my Plex home can’t access servers on Apple TVs, local or remote, but work on other device.
I’ve tried removing users from home and as friends the problem remain.

I’ve create a new user and it worked with shared librairies and Plex home.

Someone has an idea to solve this problem. Thanks
