Plex server on TV

Hello!

I encountered a big problem with PLEX. My usual server on my iMac was totally inaccessible on my TV. Unable to correct the problem.

So I deleted (following the instructions on the plex area site) everything related to Plex on my computer, iPhone and TV.

I reinstall everything and I now find myself with 2 servers on the PLEX page, the old, inaccessible and the new one I just installed.

How to remove this inaccessible server?

I’m lost!

I erased my hard drive and reinstalled OSX Ventura.

I deleted PLEX from my Apple TV.

I also deleted it from my iPhone.

I installed Plex on my hard drive (after checking if files remained in the library and removing everything that remained).

I set up plex on my iMac, it works without problems.

Same on the iPhone.

Same on Apple TV, BUT THERE, I find old users and the server is still inaccessible. The administrator user is called “da6fj”… a name I have never given to any user, I really don’t know where it comes from.

How to delete these users on Apple TV (reset and updated)

Apple TV recognizes the server, but reports it unavailable and displays these old users!

I don’t have any experience with this Plex client type, but I suggest you verify that it’s properly signed in to your plex account.
Try signing out, restart the ATV, then sign in again.
