Here is successful PMS 1.28.0 using the same N5105 in a container.

Thanks, @ChuckPa. I can confirm that reverting to 1.28.0 did allow me to re-enable HDR tone mapping and it is able to hardware transcode now. CPU utilization is almost identical. Specifically I reverted to this tag from the plexinc/pms-docker image: 1.28.0.5999-97678ded3
