Plex is crashing on iPad and iPhone apps the whole the time - when starting to stream on local network (library and Plex server on local Synology).. Each time Plex crashes, the screen defaults to a message stating
"Uh Oh,. Something’s Not Right
Sorry, that didn’t work. We are actively monitoring for issues. Try restarting the app or come back later."

I can’t find any topics in Plex Support or in this forum about how Plex is actively monitoring this issue - there are many posts about this issue on [Reddit]
It’s frustrating that there’s no chat with Plex to help troubleshoot this issue. From what I’ve read, this is a wider issue than just my devices.. How can I fix it?
The issues is the same for streaming remotely (from my medial library to my iOS and iPadOS devices)
Oddly - streaming to AppleTV on the local network works just fine
Streaming to Mac Safari (web) interface works
BUT streaming to iPad Safari (web) interface crashes like the app with the same Uh Oh message
