UI issues with new Roku app

Just a user here, not an employee. My steps that I’ve taken to “resolve” the unresponsive remote button pushes:

Step 1: uninstall the Plex app on Roku

Step 2: reboot the unit

Step 3: reinstall the Plex app

Step 4: absolutely do not click on the Season thumbnail picture shown below for any tv show. Doing this will make your buttons go haywire and you’ll have to repeat step 1

Plex please fix this, I can replicate this bug over and over again on multiple TVs.

Same here, after the update of the app, they ui is all messed up, like it was built for mobile and not for a TV remote interaction. i was already sad that Dev removed all the server settings in the phone app, and now they ■■■■■■ up the app on the TV.

Another update had been released to address some of the navigation issues. Give it a try.
