UI keeps blinking and does not hide in Chrome OS

Hello!

So I’ve bought an Asus Chromebook for my father, which works great except for Plex Web.
When the mouse cursor and UI is supposed to hide, it just blinks and does not go away. This happens every few seconds.
I tried the mobile app (which, as far as I know, is the only alternative in Chrome OS) and it does not have the issue. But the mobile app is awkward to use on a laptop so it’s not really an alternative.
Other web players, like Youtube, does not have the same problem.
