UK Channel Issues - 19 DAVE / 25 YESTDAY and other EPG issues

@Elan It’s been more than 4 weeks since I asked these questions and this is the 3rd time I have chased for an answer from you - I probably won’t bother again as it appears to be a waste of time.

It is very disappointing that you, the CTO, goes radio-silent - it has been 2 months now and the EPG is still unreliable for OTA users in the UK.

I think your comment that this problem only effects a few people is not only false (judging by the number of forum threads) but also demonstrates your complete indifference to customers who are without the service they paid for.

I am therefore not sure what else to think other than to assume your answers are as follows:

  1. No, there is no timing for the stated actions (which have been ineffective as the problem continues after 2 months).
  2. There is no quantifiable source for your statement (it was just political rhetoric).
  3. No, Plex will not formally acknowledge the problem via its blog or as an an apology to its effected users (Plex doesn’t really care about its paying users).

@sa2000 - thank you for your continued support - you are clearly very busy working it. It’s a shame that Plex doesn’t understand that they should have put many more like you on it as well.
