Unable download content offline new windows Plex app

Hello, I’m very exciting about the new offline download feature but when I try to download content (Movie, tv show), I get a message “We were unable to prepare your download. Please try again later.” Is there a parameter to active to enable the feature correctly ?
My server is installed on a SYNOLOGY NAS.

It should just work. Logs would be helpful.
